The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 11 in iOS 14.3.
Step 1: Open the Settings app.
Step 2: Scroll down and select the General option.
Step 3: Touch the Date & Time button.
Step 4: Tap the button to the right of 24-Hour Time to turn it on.
The time will switch over automatically.
